Patna High Court District Judge Recruitment 2026 : Educational Qualification

  • Any applicant who has completed 7 years or more of continuous practice as an Advocate/Pleader including Government Pleaders and Public Prosecutors on the date of application and who give declaration of appearance in at least 24 cases per year in the last three years; shall be eligible for consideration for such appointment. Candidates qualifying the Written Test shall be required to give declaration of appearance in at least 24 cases per year in the last 3 years preceding the year of advertisement which is 2025-26.
