उत्तर: यह भारतीय सेना की Judge Advocate General (JAG) शाखा में शॉर्ट सर्विस कमीशन (SSC) के तहत लॉ ग्रेजुएट्स (Law Graduates) के लिए एक विशेष प्रवेश (Direct Entry) योजना है, जिसमें बिना किसी लिखित परीक्षा के सीधे ऑफिसर बनने का अवसर मिलता है।

प्रश्न 2: JAG 125वीं एंट्री के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन कब से शुरू होंगे?

उत्तर: आधिकारिक अधिसूचना के अनुसार, इस भर्ती के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया जल्द ही शुरू की जाएगी। उम्मीदवार नवीनतम अपडेट और सीधे आवेदन लिंक के लिए नियमित रूप से atccareer.in पर विजिट करते रहें।

प्रश्न 3: इस भर्ती के लिए आवश्यक शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualification) क्या है?

उत्तर: उम्मीदवार के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से न्यूनतम 55% कुल अंकों के साथ LLB की डिग्री (3 वर्षीय या 5 वर्षीय) होनी चाहिए। इसके साथ ही, उम्मीदवार का Bar Council of India (BCI) या किसी राज्य की बार काउंसिल में वकील (Advocate) के रूप में पंजीकृत होने की पात्रता होनी चाहिए।

प्रश्न 4: क्या JAG 125th कोर्स के लिए CLAT PG का स्कोर अनिवार्य है?

उत्तर: हाँ, वर्तमान नियमों के अनुसार, लॉ ग्रेजुएट्स के लिए संबंधित वर्ष की CLAT PG (Common Law Admission Test for PG) परीक्षा का स्कोरकार्ड होना अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। शॉर्टलिस्टिंग में इसे मुख्य आधार बनाया जाता है।
