उत्तर: स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया (SBI) द्वारा स्पेशलिस्ट कैडर ऑफिसर (SCO) के तहत कुल 49 पदों पर भर्ती निकाली गई है। इसमें असिस्टेंट मैनेजर (लॉ) के 20 पद और डिप्टी मैनेजर (लॉ) के 29 पद (बैकलॉग सहित) शामिल हैं।

प्रश्न 2: इस भर्ती के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने की अंतिम तिथि क्या है?

उत्तर: ऑनलाइन आवेदन और शुल्क भुगतान की प्रक्रिया 24 जून 2026 से शुरू हो चुकी है। योग्य उम्मीदवार 14 जुलाई 2026 तक आधिकारिक वेबसाइट के माध्यम से आवेदन फॉर्म जमा कर सकते हैं।

प्रश्न 3: असिस्टेंट मैनेजर (लॉ) और डिप्टी मैनेजर (लॉ) के लिए शैक्षणिक योग्यता क्या है?

उत्तर: दोनों ही पदों के लिए उम्मीदवार के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से लॉ में स्नातक (LLB) की डिग्री होनी अनिवार्य है। 5 वर्षीय एकीकृत लॉ कोर्स (Integrated Law Course) पूरा करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जा सकती है।

प्रश्न 4: क्या इस भर्ती के लिए वकालत या कार्य अनुभव (Work Experience) होना जरूरी है?

उत्तर: हाँ, अनुभव होना अनिवार्य है (कट-ऑफ तिथि 31.05.2026 के अनुसार): असिस्टेंट मैनेजर (लॉ): बार काउंसिल में नामांकन के बाद अधिवक्ता (Practicing Advocate) के रूप में या किसी शेड्यूल्ड कमर्शियल बैंक के कानूनी विभाग में लॉ ऑफिसर के रूप में न्यूनतम 2 वर्ष का अनुभव। डिप्टी मैनेजर (लॉ): बार काउंसिल में नामांकन के बाद अधिवक्ता के रूप में या बैंक के कानूनी विभाग में लॉ ऑफिसर के रूप में न्यूनतम 4 वर्ष का अनुभव।

प्रश्न 5: इस भर्ती परीक्षा के लिए आयु सीमा (Age Limit) क्या निर्धारित है?

उत्तर: उम्मीदवारों की आयु की गणना 31 मई 2026 के आधार पर की जाएगी: असिस्टेंट मैनेजर (लॉ): न्यूनतम 25 वर्ष और अधिकतम 32 वर्ष। डिप्टी मैनेजर (लॉ): न्यूनतम 25 वर्ष और अधिकतम 35 वर्ष। (आरक्षित श्रेणियों को सरकारी नियमानुसार अधिकतम आयु सीमा में छूट दी जाएगी)।

उत्तर: सामान्य (General), ओबीसी (OBC) और ईडब्ल्यूएस (EWS) श्रेणी के उम्मीदवारों के लिए आवेदन शुल्क ₹750 है। अनुसूचित जाति (SC), अनुसूचित जनजाति (ST) और दिव्यांग (PwBD) उम्मीदवारों के लिए कोई आवेदन शुल्क नहीं है (निशुल्क)।

प्रश्न 7: SBI लॉ ऑफिसर भर्ती 2026 की चयन प्रक्रिया (Selection Process) क्या है?

उत्तर: चयन प्रक्रिया मुख्य रूप से दो चरणों में पूरी होगी: ऑनलाइन लिखित परीक्षा (Online Written Test) - जिसका संभावित आयोजन अगस्त 2026 में होगा। साक्षात्कार (Interview)। अंतिम मेरिट लिस्ट लिखित परीक्षा (70% वेटेज) और इंटरव्यू (30% वेटेज) के अंकों के आधार पर बनेगी।

उत्तर: परीक्षा में दो भाग होंगे - ऑब्जेक्टिव (वस्तुनिष्ठ) और डिस्क्रिप्टिव (वर्णनात्मक)। ऑब्जेक्टिव टेस्ट में जनरल एप्टीट्यूड (रीजनिंग और इंग्लिश) और प्रोफेशनल नॉलेज (लॉ) से जुड़े प्रश्न होंगे। प्रोफेशनल नॉलेज टेस्ट 50 अंकों का (45 मिनट) होगा। वहीं डिस्क्रिप्टिव टेस्ट भी लॉ से संबंधित 50 अंकों का होगा।

प्रश्न 9: चयनित होने पर मिलने वाला शुरुआती वेतन (Salary Structure) क्या है?

उत्तर: चयनित उम्मीदवारों को बैंक नियमों के अनुसार आकर्षक वेतनमान मिलता है: असिस्टेंट मैनेजर (लॉ - JMGS-I): शुरुआती मूल वेतन (Basic Pay) ₹48,480 प्रति माह। डिप्टी मैनेजर (लॉ - MMGS-II): शुरुआती मूल वेतन (Basic Pay) ₹64,820 प्रति माह।इसके साथ ही डीए (DA), एचआरए (HRA) और अन्य भत्ते भी देय होंगे।
